Biography

For 25 years Sean has practiced in civil, administrative and constitutional litigation in British Columbia, serving as lead counsel in many high-profile civil trials, tribunal hearings, public inquiries, sensitive internal investigations and class actions. He is committed to seeing the institutions of civil and administrative justice work for those who need it and works tirelessly on behalf of his clients to achieve success.

Sean received a King’s Counsel designation in 2019. He is an honorary lifetime member of the B.C. Freedom of Information and Privacy Association and received the 2022 Charles Bury award from the Canadian Association of Journalists on behalf of lawyers defending press freedom and journalists’ rights.
