William E. Stransky
William has a broad litigation practice with experience in corporate and commercial litigation, administrative law, and insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
William has assisted businesses, individuals, and financial institutions with a range of disputes, including business and shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, and complex security realization and debt enforcement proceedings.
Before joining McEwan Partners, William practiced at an international law firm in Vancouver and clerked for six justices of the British Columbia Supreme Court. Before that, William obtained his law degree from the University of British Columbia, where he received awards for academic standing and community involvement and as a member of the winning team in the B.C. Law Schools Moot.
