Samantha Bourns has a broad litigation practice in both civil and commercial litigation matters. She recently moved to Vancouver from Calgary, AB, where she completed her law degree at the University of Calgary.
Samantha Bourns has a broad litigation practice in both civil and commercial litigation matters. She recently moved to Vancouver from Calgary, AB, where she completed her law degree at the University of Calgary.
Prior to joining McEwan Partners, Samantha articled at Bennett Jones (Vancouver). While completing her law degree in Calgary, Samantha worked in various political and government roles primarily focusing on stakeholder engagement and policy development. As a student at the University of Calgary, Samantha participated in moot and debate competitions and worked as a Student Legal Advisor in the Student Legal Aid clinic, providing free legal representation to low-income Calgarians.
