We are pleased to announce that Samantha Bourns has joined our firm as an associate. She will be developing a broad commercial litigation practice.
Samantha holds a J.D. from the University of Calgary and she articled with Bennett Jones (Vancouver). During her time at law school, she participated in moot and debate competitions and worked for the law school’s student legal aid clinic providing free legal representation to low-income Calgarians. In addition, she worked in various political and government roles with a primary focus on policy development and stakeholder engagement.
