Biography
Justin has a diverse civil litigation practice, with a focus on commercial and administrative law matters. He frequently appears as counsel before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Appeal for British Columbia, and has argued contested hearings in a range of legal contexts.
Justin attended the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, where he worked at the International Justice and Human Rights Clinic, and was selected as a member of the official independent research group for the Canadian All-Party Parliamentary Group to End Modern Slavery.
Prior to joining McEwan Partners, Justin worked with Beddoes Litigation where he gained extensive experience in all aspects of the litigation process.
Prior to law school, Justin obtained a Master of Science degree from the University of Edinburgh, School of Social and Political Science, where he graduated with distinction. He also holds two degrees from the University of Winnipeg: a Bachelor of Science degree in biopsychology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology, for which he was awarded the Gold Medal for the highest standing in the program.
