Biography
Evan has a broad litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation and administrative law matters. Evan has represented individual, corporate, and institutional clients before administrative tribunals, the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, as well as in arbitrations.

Prior to joining McEwan Partners, Evan articled with an international law firm in Vancouver and clerked with the Honourable Justice Angela Furlanetto at the Federal Court in Ottawa. Evan received his law degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University where he received a number of academic awards and represented the school at the Harold G. Fox Moot.
