We Are Pleased to Welcome Scott Carrière, P.Eng., JD, to McEwan Partners 

Scott Carrière is an experienced commercial litigator with a civil engineering background. He has specific expertise representing clients in sectors including construction, infrastructure, energy, and natural resources. He has successfully represented clients in high-profile litigation, including complex cross-border disputes and multi-contract transactions.

Scott also maintains a significant dispute advisory practice, has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, and has assisted in matters in Canada’s federal court.

Scott joins us as an associate where his practice will focus on private commercial disputes and public law matters in various forums, from courts to arbitral tribunals.

Scott clerked in the Provincial Court of Alberta, and his career to date includes practicing at two well-known national Canadian business law firms. He has also authored peer-reviewed publications focused on constitutional law and legal history.
