Called to the British Columbia bar in 2017, William Stransky has a broad litigation practice that includes trial and appellate work. William has experience in corporate and commercial litigation, administrative law, and insolvency and restructuring proceedings. Most recently he has worked as one of our team in Rogers v. Rogers Communications, as well as counsel to members of the British Columbia Vegetable Marketing Board in a supervisory review.
More broadly he is counsel on a variety of complex corporate commercial matters, and has experience as an insolvency litigator. We are pleased to secure Will for the future of our firm.
