McEwan Partners named “British Columbia Firm of the Year” at the Benchmark Litigation Canada Awards 2025

We are delighted to share that our firm was named “British Columbia Firm of the Year” at the annual Benchmark Litigation Canada Awards, held May 8, 2025, in Toronto. 

Since McEwan Partners was established in 2017, we have been a consistent Benchmark Litigation contender and choice for a variety of awards, including Canada’s Litigation Boutique of the Year, British Columbia Firm of the Year, British Columbia Litigation Firm of the Year, and the Impact Award.

In addition, our partner Ken McEwan, K.C. has been nominated for, or named Benchmark’s “British Columbia Litigator of the Year” on multiple occasions, including having won three times while at Hunter Litigation Chambers. Ken has been nominated for Canadian Trial Lawyer of the Year (including this year) and received that honour in 2022. Benchmark counts him consistently as among the Top 50 Trial Lawyers in Canada. In 2024, Ken was inducted into the Benchmark Litigation Hall of Fame.
