George Macintosh, K.C., will be presenting at the upcoming CLEBC course “A Litigator’s Arsenal”. His presentation is titled “Oral argument, bringing the case home”. George will show that closing arguments are the last and best opportunity to present a client’s case in its most favourable light, using for example even apparently unfavourable facts or law to one’s advantage, and emphasizing the four cardinal rules – chronology, clarity, candour and brevity.
