Emily Kirkpatrick is Vice Chair of the British Columbia Regional Advisory Committee of the Advocates’ Society for the 2020/2021 term. The Advocates’ Society was formed in 1963 in Toronto and was established to ensure the presence of a courageous and independent bar, and the maintenance of the role of the advocate in the administration of justice. It now has a vibrant presence across the country.
