We are delighted to announce that Ken McEwan has once again been recognized as an exceptional Canadian advocate. Ken was named Trial Lawyer of the Year by Benchmark Litigation at the 10th annual Canada Awards held in Toronto on May 5. Ken had been named British Columbia Litigator of the Year in seven of the previous nine years.
