Eric is a partner at the firm with a focus on commercial litigation. He regularly acts as counsel in complex corporate-commercial matters, as well as fraud claims and professional negligence cases. Eric also serves clients in administrative and regulatory matters including proceedings before the Securities Commission, Health Professions Review Board, and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists.
He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Vancouver Bar Association.
