Joe Ensom practices commercial litigation, with a particular focus on complex corporate-commercial litigation.

Joe has experience litigating a broad range of commercial issues, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional liability claims, real estate disputes, proxy fights, and securities litigation.

Joe has acted as counsel at both the trial and appellate level, having appeared before the BC Court of Appeal, the BC Supreme Court and the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench. He has also acted as counsel before arbitration panels and administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Securities Commission and the BC Securities Commission.

Before joining McEwan Partners, Joe practiced in the commercial litigation group of a large national firm.
