Erin has a general litigation practice focusing on commercial disputes and administrative law. Her practice includes contract disputes, intellectual property law, securities litigation, and professional regulation. Erin has represented clients before the British Columbia Supreme Court and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
Before joining the firm, Erin practiced at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Vancouver. Prior to that, Erin, a native of Baltimore, Maryland, returned home to complete a judicial clerkship at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, where she served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Christopher Panos.
Erin graduated with a J.D. from the University of British Columbia. While at law school, she was a student clinician with the UBC Innocence Project working to exonerate those asserting wrongful convictions.
Erin is a member of the Bar of British Columbia, the Bar of Ontario, and the New York State Bar, and has experience advising clients on cross-border litigation and arbitration matters.
