Nourifard v. Emadzadeh, 2023 BCSC 1940

Gomez and Beddoes made an application pursuant to SCCR 9-5 and 9-6 seeking to have an action for breach of contract and trust dismissed on the grounds that it was improperly pleaded and brought outside the two-year limitation period. The applicants were successful before Justice Funt; however, the decision is the subject of an ongoing appeal.
