Aneka Jiwaji was counsel at the British Columbia Court of Appeal in an appeal of the decision of a chambers judge regarding directors’ and officers’ entitlement to interim payments and indemnity pursuant to a Unanimous Shareholders Agreement, By-Laws of the corporation and the Canada Business Corporations Act, where allegations of fraudulent misrepresentation are made against directors and officers.
